Returns & Refund Policy

General Policies

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to L’azurde within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • All products to be returned must be unused, with original tags and labels, and in their original box and packaging using the original invoice.

  • All returns must be processed from the same address where the order was originally delivered. 

     

Miss L’ Policy

  • Returns within 30 days to one year: You can return the products after deducting 35% from the total invoice.

  • After one year: Return is applicable and calculated based on raw material prices.

  • Refund will not proceed without returning the free gift back.

     

InStyle Policy

  • Returns within 30 days to one year: You can return the products after deducting 35% from the total invoice.

  • After one year: You can return the products after deducting 50% from the total invoice.

  • Refund will not proceed without returning the free gift back.

     

Diamond's Policies

  • Returns within 30 days to one year: Customers can return the products after deducting 20% from the total invoice.

  • Returns within one year to three years: Customers can return the products after deducting 30% from the total invoice.

  • After three years: Return is applicable and calculated based on raw material prices.

 

Waves ( Silver Collection ) Policies

  • We do not accept returns or refunds. However, exchanges are allowed only in the case of manufacturing defects, subject to a quality check.

     

Wedding Band Policies / Gold by Weight Items

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to L’azurde within 7 days from the date of receipt if the weeding band have no engraving.

  • After 7 days: Exchange & Return are applicable and calculated based on raw material prices.

     

Gold Coins and Bars policy

  • There is no return or refund for the Coins and the Gold Bars.

     

Excluded Items

We place hygiene and our customer's safety as our top priority. As such, we inspect all items on return and don’t allow return of certain items as mentioned below:

  • Pierced jewelry if the seal has been tampered with or broken.

     

Fair Use

If we notice an unusual pattern of return activity, we might have to deactivate your account and any accounts associated with it. This could include some of the following scenarios:

  • Suspecting someone is wearing the item(s) before returning them.

  • Frequently ordering and returning item(s).

  • Returning items that do not match what was ordered.

If this happens and you believe we've made a mistake, please get in touch with our Customer Service, and we'll be happy to solve the issue.

Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the item(s) you return don't match what you ordered.

 

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges for any item(s). If you would like your item(s) in a different size, color, or style, you will have to return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order.

 

Damaged Items

In an unlikely event such as this, we request you to please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can solve the issue. Follow the return process mentioned above and select the reason for your return as Faulty. If you’re not able to create a return request, please get in touch with our Customer Service, and we'll be happy to help.

Please note: All items are inspected on return, and if we find your item(s) contains wear and tear instead of a valid fault, we will not be able to process a refund for it.
